Why do we charge a fee?  We are outdoor living professionals that charge a small fee that enables us to spend more time with the serious clients who are ready to invest in their backyard. Each project is highly customizable, making it extremely difficult to provide any sort of standard pricing. Depending on the scope of the project, our team may invest 2-4 hours putting your entire proposal together.  We believe that $99 is a small fee, for the time that we put into your proposal, to show that we are serious about earning your business and gaining your trust with accurate pricing.
