Here at CMR, we do our bids a little differently. As a custom builder, most of our jobs are project specific – this means there are several factors to consider before a price can be determined. We prefer to perform our due diligence and visit with you in the potential project space. We strive to earn your business and feel that this honest face to face approach is better for both the customer and us as well. We believe that giving a verbal price over the phone isn’t fair to either party.
Once the site visit is complete, we will invite you into our showroom where we will work with you to find the solution that best fits your needs. We offer a proposal, that features item-by-item pricing, allowing you to accept that item, or remove it completely. We can also make any design changes or product category changes, while you are at your showroom appointment. This allows you the opportunity to meet your budget goal. We currently offer 75 different product lines, and chances are, we can find you the perfect backyard solution – allowing us to achieve our goal of customer satisfaction!
If you are in the exploratory stage, then perhaps we should be your final phone call after your research is done. As Cincinnati’s premier Outdoor Living company, we often compete on Price vs Quality. In our line of work, there will always be someone out there that is less expensive. We pride ourselves of landing right in the middle…we won’t be the cheapest and we definitely are not the most expensive. What we stand firm on is offering only quality materials and quality workmanship at a fair price.
