Here at CMR, we do our bids a little differently.  As a custom builder, most of our jobs are project specific – this means there are several factors to consider before a price can be determined. We prefer to perform our due diligence and visit with you in the potential project space. We strive to earn your business and feel that this honest face-to-face approach is better for both the customer and us as well.   We believe that giving a verbal price over the phone isn’t fair to either party.

Once the site visit is complete, we will invite you into our showroom where we will work with you to find the solution that best fits your needs.  We offer a proposal, that features item-by-item pricing, allowing you to accept that item, or remove it completely.  We can also make any size changes or product category changes, while you are at your showroom appointment. This allows you the opportunity to meet your budget goal.  We currently offer 75 different product lines, and chances are, we can find you the perfect backyard solution – allowing us to  achieve our goal of customer satisfaction!

If you would like to see your outdoor living project as a 3D Rendering, that cost is an additional $300. We believe in a personalized approach when it comes to our design services. Every project has unique aspects and requires a detailed evaluation to ensure both CMR and our clients are 100% on the same page. The success of our work ultimately depends on your vision, but also on our ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with our clients.  If you choose to move forward with CMR for your project, then the $300 design charge will be credited towards the project price.  The choice is yours on whether or not you would like to see your project in 3D.  You can elect this option when you first book your site inspection, or you can choose to do so after you have seen our initial proposal with pricing.

If you are in the exploratory stage, then perhaps we should be your final phone call after your research is done. As Cincinnati’s premier Outdoor Living company, we often compete on Price vs Quality.  In our line of work, there will always be someone out there that is less expensive.  We pride ourselves of landing right in the middle…we won’t be the cheapest and we definitely are not the most expensive. What we stand firm on is offering only quality materials and quality workmanship at a fair price. Most people don’t know where to begin and this is where we can help!  We will invest the time to help bring your vision to life.

Step 1:

Call our office at 513-601-1789 to schedule an on-site visit appointment.  The cost of the visit is $100 and will be charged when you schedule.

Step 2:

CMR will come to your home, determine the initial design, take measurements, gain a detailed job scope and determine initial types of materials to be used. This data will be used to create a proposal with exact prices on an item-by-item basis.  This truly benefits the homeowner by reducing any uncertainty of the project costs.

Step 3:

After our site visit, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule the meeting at our showroom to review your proposal.

Step 4:

The showroom visit is the most important step as it’s a working meeting! During this showroom appointment, we will review the detailed proposal, pick out products/colors and review financing options, if needed. During this appointment, we can change material type and project size to meet your budget requirements.  This is why it’s important to have all decision makers present at this working meeting.

Please note that we do not email these types of proposals or let you take our presentation with you.  We invite you in to sit with our team so that we can answer any questions you have about the proposal, allowing us the opportunity to try and earn your business. If you purchase the 3D rendering, you will be able to take those images home with you.

NOTE: We do not provide refunds for paid proposals as stated in the Proposal Policy that is emailed to you.  We certainly understand that unforeseen conflicts arise and can cause the need for you to cancel your site inspection –  which is why we keep your information on-hand for a period of 1 year.
Please understand that when you schedule and pay for your site inspection appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other potential customers.  Thanks for your understanding of our policy on this item.
