Making changes to your home can be daunting, challenging, or downright scary. You might have a vague concept of what you’d like or know precisely what you want for your outdoor space. At CMR Outdoor Living, we work with each client to make their dream a reality.
To do that effectively, we prefer to visit each new client and view the actual project space, take measurements, discuss what they would like and how they wish to utilize their outdoor area. After the site visit, the client reviews a detailed proposal in our Showroom where we strive to find the solution that best fits their needs.
While discussing the proposal, each client can review item-by-item pricing which allows them to accept each item individually, remove it completely, or make changes to size or product selection. This approach allows our clients to meet their budget and lifestyle goals.
To begin, we suggest following the steps below. If we still haven’t answered your questions, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page or contact us at (513) 601-1789.
Step 1 – Schedule a Time
Call or email (513.601.1789 or firstname.lastname@example.org) our office to schedule an appointment for an on-site visit. The cost of the on-site visit is $150 and will be charged when scheduling your appointment.
Step 2 – Site Inspection Visit
A representative from CMR Outdoor Living will visit your home, take measurements, discuss the initial design and material or product preferences, and gain an in-depth understanding of the job scope.
This data is used to create a detailed proposal with exact prices on a line-by-line basis. Doing this eliminates any uncertainty of project costs for each facet of a client’s proposal.
Step 3 – Schedule a Showroom Visit
After the site visit, CMR Outdoor Living will contact a prospective client within 24 hours to schedule a meeting at our Showroom to review their proposal.
Step 4 – Working Showroom Meeting
The Showroom visit not only breaks down the full scope and costs associated with each new project, it is also a working meeting and all decision makers should be present.
Our sales team works with clients to select products and colors, answer questions about products or the process, discuss options, and review financing, if needed. During this appointment, we can change materials or project size to suit any client’s budget requirements.
Step 5 – Choose CMR for your project!
First you must discuss or consider the proposal from CMR Outdoor Living. Next, you sign a formal contract with us and allow CMR Outdoor Living to create your perfect outdoor space!
NOTE: We do not provide refunds for paid proposals as stated in the Proposal Policy that is emailed prior to the site visit. We certainly understand that unforeseen conflicts arise and can cause the need for you to cancel your site inspection – which is why we retain your information for a period of one (1) year.
Please understand that when you schedule and pay for your site inspection appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other potential customers. We thank you for your understanding of our policy on this item.
